CBD is known to reduce the pain and swelling associated with arthritis. Two of the most common types of arthritis are rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. The former is an autoimmune disease where the immune system attacks the joints, causing inflammation and pain. The latter is a degenerative disease that causes joint cartilage to break down, leading to stiffness and pain. CBD has been found to help with both of these conditions, as well as many others.
This cbd muscle and joint gel is a non-greasy lotion that can be applied to a desired area of discomfort. It has a warm feeling that relieves sore muscles and joints while also promoting circulation. This is the perfect product for people who suffer from aches and pains from sports, workouts, or just everyday life.
Joint Support: CBD Muscle and Joint Gel for Comfort
The results showed that the 6.2 and 62.3 mg/day doses of CBD significantly improved heat hypersensitivity by inhibiting inflammatory signaling via the endocannabinoid system (Fig. 2A). The 6.2 mg/day dose also significantly decreased synovial membrane thickness by more than 50% compared to the control (naive) group (Fig. 2B).
CBD also appeared to normalize the nociceptive behavior induced by CFA by reducing the number of rearing events and increasing the time spent in exploratory behaviour (Fig. 2C and D). The 6.2 mg/day CBD dose was also found to increase post-lesional whole-body PWL in a dose-dependent manner similar to optimal doses of intraperitoneal or oral CBD that decreases inflammation and hypersensitivity in the collagen/CFA model of monoarthritis (Malfait et al., 2000).
